We had a flood in our basement. I called Trey at 10:30 at night and explained what we had found. he asked me some questions and said do you want me to come out tonight and I said I don't think that is necessary but can you be here first thing in the morning and he told me absolutely. By knowing this it put our minds at ease to know he would be there to take care of everything without us having to worry. While there he made sure everything and I mean everything was tested and inspected to make sure everything was caught and addressed. Trey and his team are highly skilled and certified in the work they do and make the homeowners feel comfortable knowing they are getting the best service and job done hands down. thanks Trey and appreciate everything you have done for us. definitely be passing your card to others. Trey Raines of Rainesrestoration is the best. Frantically I searched for help with mold/water issues in the manufactured home my 83 year old mother was living in. He came. He looked. He discussed the issues with me. He then talked to the mom. His knowledge of the problems and issues were amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. And I have.
